My Other Top 10 Point of View For Raising Your Search Engine Rankings
Search engine rankings are an important factor to consider when you have a website that needs more traffic. (8HFTW4PWW65N)If your website doesn’t have a good position in the rankings then no-one will find it, so you need to make sure that your website is ranked highly enough to be seen. The other important quality to getting high traffic to your site is having a nice arsenal of links. The more links that you have to your site the more traffic you will get, but also, the more links to your site the more search engines like your site. Keeping a nice supply of links pointing at your site requires similar precautions and practices as getting high search engine listings.
I have been lately doing lot of SEO experiments. Of them I found many interesting stuffs that I would like to share.
1) Content is an important factor in high search engine rankings. Make sure that you have plenty of content throughout your site with your target keywords in the articles. It’s also worth doing a search for websites similar to yours and taking a look at their articles for ideas. The more content you have the better. It is generally a good idea to have more than 300 words per page. but more important than a quantity of content is the quality of the content that you are providing.
2) Making good title is very important, and making sure that you choose it wisely will make a big difference. The title area is the most important place to include your keyword phrases, so make sure that you put them all in.
3) Having keywords sprinkled and preferably in the top paragraph is vital. But do not stuff your keywords. Also don’t just use the most popular keyword phrases – the market is so competitive that you should be sure to include some niche keywords too.
4) Give more importance to user experience by build killer content/service. You cannot just put out three hundred words of jargon and expect your visitors to find it interesting and stick around for the long haul.
5) Make sure that you don’t have a lot of irrelevant links on your site. The more closely related to your site your links are, the better your chances of being ranked in a higher position.
6) You need to periodically update the content of your website, even if it’s only a slight change, as search engines like sites that are kept updated.
7) Build links with keyword as anchor texts and also build links with variable keywords in anchor texts.
8) Do not involve in massive link building activities. Also have different form of links. Massive one form of links may sound spam to search engines. Have a mix of links – Links from articles, forums, blog posts, websites, link exchange, blog comments, profile links and Etc.
9) Continue your link building activities day by day. It is an ongoing process.
10) Always be on the look out for SEO news – staying up to date and using the latest techniques will help you stay one step ahead of your competition.

These are the backlinks that could move your websites to the first page of Google in a very short period of time for keywords that you want to target and which web pages you want to rank for (articles, blog, “money pages”, capture pages, etc.) then you simply go to each site listed below to place your two anchor text links.
Therefore, it is very important you don’t place more than two backlinks on each site, The reason behind this is because If you leave more than two links on each site, the moderators (website owners) will take notice of them and in all likelihood ban people from using these sites for backlinks.
You’ll be setting your two anchor text links on each one of the sites listed below by using a code, mostly HTML, but sometimes BBC. These are the codes you will be using (You will need to enter and customize your own domain and selected keywords).
HTML Code:
<a href=”http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com”>YOUR KEYWORDS</a>
BBC Code:
[url=http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com]YOUR KEYWORDS[/url]
If you want to target more than two keywords on that same website, you will then register another profile and then create two more anchor text backlinks. You can do this for each profile you set up for the websites and use different keywords on each profile on the same website. Just remember to use only two anchor text links for each profile you register.
You don’t have to use your “real name” for each profile you register either. I use a site called http://www.fakenamegenerator.com to come up with a new name and email address for me.
I then use that information to register a profile so I can place my chosen anchor text keywords on that site. After that it’s simply wash, rinse and repeat.
Now, for each site below you will be looking for buttons where you can register a profile. These are the most common to look for:
After register and mostly you will need to confirm your registration that sent to your email. Once you’re logged in look for something that says:
This is where you can enter your HTML and post a message on your own profile. Look for anything that will let you enter your HTML or BBC code. Each one of the sites below (at the time of writing this) allows you to anchor text keywords on their sit. So here you go (in order of Page Rank) :

Read MoreFind The Low Competition Keyword With Quotes Keywords
Internet marketing and search engine optimization hinge on knowing what keyword or keywords web search surfers are searching for on the web. By doing extensive keyword analysis you can zero in on the best keyword terms to use when setting up pay per click advertising, writing keyword articles, and optimizing web pages.
Not only is it necessary to know what keywords are searched for the most but also how many times particular keywords have been searched and how many competition you are up against for that particular keyword. Once you have successfully harvested a meaningful keyword list, remove any keywords that are too targeted or not to specific.
There is a simple and fast way to search for true competition you are up against by using quotation marks in Google search engine. Many people get confused why we should use quotation marks in Google search engine – I use to be one of them.
I often get this question asked: I don’t put quotation marks (“”) around my keywords when searching in Google for a web site/article I am looking for. Then why should I when doing keyword research?
The answer to this question: The quotation marks (“”) around your keywords is to help you with your research. The quotes allow you to ascertain your competition.
Therefore conducting a search at Google without the quotes, gives you results from their Articles, WebPages etc that contain your keywords in any combination. An example of this is – if your keyword is “quickest way to weight loss”, Google will pick up sites that might include “quickest” and “weight loss”, but not necessarily in that order (or even grouped together).
However, conducting a search with quotes, gives you results that include pages that contain your exact keyword phrase. This gives you an idea of the TRUE competition you are up against. When you use quotes, it brings up your most prominent competition. In other words, people who know a bit about what they are doing to rank for those keywords. Using keywords in quotation marks just tells you more precisely who and how many you are competing against with your chosen keywords. Using “” is just a tool to give you an edge on your competition.
I’ll give you a current example that I quickly researched just now:
Type in the Google search engine the keyword phrase – penis enlargement that works. Directly below your typed in phrase you will see the results 4,570,000 searches without quotes. Try it now for yourself.

And now type in the keyword phrase in the Google search engine with quotes like this “penis enlargement that works” you should see figures of around 9,540 just below the keyword phrase you typed in. This exact term shows you are only competing with 9,540 pages – not 4,570,000.

I would advise you not to go for any thing higher than 20,000 competing pages – the lower the better. However before you consider using this as a key phrase you need to know how much traffic this key phrase receives daily/monthly. You want at least 1000+ searches a month.
Finding the best keywords to use in your web site promotion is vital to effectively driving targeted traffic to your web site. Take the time to find out what people are searching for and your efforts will pay off in terms of traffic and sales conversion.
For additional reference of this keyword search :

- Why Use a Third-party Tool to Interact with PubMed? – When you run a keyword search from the HubMed main page, HubMed will suggest a selection of MeSH terms, subheadings or text words[all fields] that you may want to use to further refine your search (look at the very bottom of your result …
- Opera renews search deal with Google – Who cares what ***-a thinks? InternetWorks had tabs before anyone else, but Opera actually had MDI without the tabs first, or at least one of the first, ages before anyone even considered adding tabs. Whatever the Apple-worm is, clearly EC has something he is trying to say, but he doesn’t seem to want to say it in plain text. What we really need is a live search field with suggestions, like in Firefox.
The Five Biggest Lies Internet Traffic Myths Exposed
Traffic is the lifeblood of any blog …without it you are doomed to failure!
Fact is, generating traffic is NOT as simple as some people would like you to believe. And a lot of people with good intentions fail to reap the massive benefits that sustainable, targeted traffic can provide by falling for the same tricks over and over again.
But, I’ll be honest. You can flood your blog with targeted, sustainable traffic if they are shown how to do it! That’s exactly what I try to write in this article — help you by exposing the pitfalls you must avoid .
Traffic Myth #1: Submit To 5,386 Search Engines .
Lies : This is one of the most popular advertisements you can find online and it’s the one whose probably claimed the most victims. These ads promise to submit your site to numerous search engines and directories and deliver tons of traffic in return.
Fact : It Doesn’t Work! There are many search engines, but only a few of them – Google, Yahoo, and MSN – are used by most people … the other 5,383 will be lucky to get you a few visitors per year. Plus, just submitting your site to a search engine or directory doesn’t mean that anyone is going to see it.
Traffic Myth #2: Guaranteed Top Position In Search Engine.
Lies : they GUARANTEE a #1 position in [insert search engine]!” Don’t get me wrong … you’ll probably get a top position in the search engine they claim, but that’s not the problem. Why?
Fact : Here’s the biggest problem with these offers – and it’s the same as the search engine submission ads .They won’t bring visitors to your site! Because in almost every case that “#1 ranking” you get will be for a phrase that no one will be searching for.
Traffic Myth #3: You Get What You Pay For!
Lies : PPC is more effective than natural SEO!
Fact : Yes. This is another one of those “True, but’ statements that seem to burden the traffic and SEO community. PPC can be more effective than natural SEO, but … It’s only short term! people divert their attention away from ads towards the natural search engine results - most notably the top 3 placements.
Traffic Myth #4: The Duplicate Content Penalty Is A LIE!
Lies : A lot of people have their bread and butter entrenched in tactics that get killed when this myth gets exposed and thats why it’s so hotly debated.
Fact : The search engines are only concerned about one thing … Relevance! They want people to come back to their search engine and look for information again in the future. They want to give the people using their search engine the best possible results, so if you think tricking them into showcasing 100 copies of the exact same content is the way to go … You’re wrong? so to ensure your site stays in their good graces …You must avoid duplicate content at all costs!
Traffic Myth #5: More Traffic Equals More Profits
Lies : At first, this statement screams to you that it must be true. I mean, of course more traffic equals more profits … right?
Fact : All traffic is not created equally, The fact is, you need to target your message as closely as possible to your desired audience. You don’t want to promote items for cat owners to people who only own dogs.To truly be a successful niche marketer …You must flood your site with targeted buyers.
Read MoreWhy Your Website Needs Power Of Backlinks
Most web-savvy people quickly learn why they need “links” from other sites pointing at theirs. Your inbound links are one of the most important ways of getting yourself known in your field, generating traffic to your website, and influencing the search engines to notice your site.
“Traffic” is what linking is all about. Without traffic your website is useless as a tool for selling your products or communicating your ideas. Getting links from other websites is not the only way to generate traffic, but it is probably the most important one.
But how do links generate traffic?
As an Internet Marketer you want to collect as many links as you can to your website so that it appears to be an authority on the subject for the search engines. Search engine traffic is considered by many to be “free” traffic. It’s not like pay per click (PPC) or other types of traffic where you are paying for people to visit your site. Anyone that finds you through a search engine is really a free visitor! And if they buy from you, then that means they are free money too!
Getting a high ranking in the search engines is considered by many to be a black art, with the search engine geeks trying to keep one step ahead of the search engine optimization gurus. With the continual changes in search engine technology it is very difficult to keep up to date with them and to keep your site optimized and ranking high.
This is why backlinks actually work out to be one of the most effective search engine optimization techniques on the market. They are cheap, quick to develop, and long lasting. They are also not likely to ever be completely penalised by the search engines. Yes, certain types of links or links to certain sites may detract from your search engine ranking, but quality backlinks will always be good for your website and your business.
There are a lot of different ways to get backlinks to your website, including:
Directory entries – every niche will have at least several hundred directories of sites that are relevant to that niche. Get yourself listed in all of these, and you have lots of free backlinks!
Articles – submit articles to the article directory and the resource box will contain a link to your website – a free backlink!
Forums – posting in forums is yet another method of getting your link seen. If you participate in the forum discussion then usually you can have a link to your site in your signature file. Remember though that you must add value and not just blatantly promote your website or post to get your signature file shown as this will result in bad will towards you and eventual blacklisting and banning
3 way link exchange – unlike traditional reciprocal link exchanges where two sites point to each other, this is a slightly more cunning way which is meant to fool the search engines. It does mean one of the link partners needs two websites though. Website A links to Website B which links to Website C. Person A owns Websites A and C and Person B owns Website B. To the search engines, these appear as one way links (at the moment! There is talk of the search engines wising up to this).
Blogs – putting comments on blogs is another way to get backlinks. However, be aware that if you are not adding value with your comment it may well be considered spam and then deleted and blacklisted. So don’t just post “great entry”, writing something that is useful and appropriate.
Backlinks are surprisingly easy for you to acquire with a little bit of work. If you don’t want to do the work yourself then you can very easily hire someone who will do it on your behalf, though make sure they will be ethical about it!
With backlinks you can boost your search engine rankings and get yourself free traffic, which means free money when they buy your product!

To have an online presence today is the only way to survive in this highly competitive world. And once a company or individual creates a website, they need to make sure it is Search Engine Optimisation(SEO) friendly. There needs to be certain key words and phrases which are inserted which will help get the listed in the major search engines and bring in more business. Internet marketing is the term used by almost everyone today. This is the method by which you market your company, products and services online. Optimization of the net is essential to beat the competition and get up on top in your industry.
Search engine optimization becomes effective when your website is ranked high. That is, when a user types in a keyword, the list displayed as search results must include your site as well. Only then will there be increase in targeted traffic to your site. You can also have pay per click management system on other related sites which will divert traffic to your portal. Being visible in the search engines is the bottom line for any site to succeed and serve its purpose. Else it will be one among the billions of web pages going unnoticed everyday and useless to the company or person who has created it.
The positions in Google are decided by a special formula called PageRank. If you are trying to get more traffic to your website or sell more products then it would be useful to be in the Google top ten for your keywords, yes?
To do this you are probably going to need to know a little bit about how PageRank works. Can you imagine how useful it would be to know what Google looks for in a top ten results and then do it?
Basically, the way PageRank works is that every time a website links to yours it is counted as a vote for your website. The more unique links to your website, the more likely you are to get a higher result and the more free traffic you will get.
The twist is that websites with a higher PageRank have votes that count for more. If msn.com suddenly linked to your website you may find that your PageRank suddenly went up and your search engine position with it.
Of course, this is unlikely, so how do we realistically increase our page ranks?
The first step is one of habit. If you regularly post on blogs, or comments on them, or on forums then include your link with every post. Put it in your “signature” if the bulletin board allows this feature.
The second step is a little more active. Link exchanges are a very good way to increase PageRank. You find a likeminded website and contact the webmaster by email. You offer to put a link to his website on yours if he does the same for you.
You set up a page on your website called “Links” and that will be where you put all of your links to other websites. You repeat this with other like-minded websites for free and easy traffic.
Any directories of websites like yours or even websites in general should have your link on them. Articles are also a good way of getting your link onto other websites as I have discussed in other articles.
If you can provide any other service for webmasters that allows you to put something on their website plus your link then do that. I once heard of a man who invented an automatic “quote of the day” script to put on websites and made his money that way.
Avoid “FFA”s or link “Free For Alls” at all costs because they are a waste of time and/or money. These are websites that ostensibly allow you to increase your Page Rank by placing your link there (either for free or a small charge).
However, search engines like Google do not check just the amount of links leading to your website but the relevancy. Therefore FFA sites with bundles of irrelevant links usually have low page ranks and so their link to you is worth very little.
Use of FFAs may work to increase your page rank but it is definitely working very hard for little rewards and I do not recommend it.
Read More10 Basic Things You Can Do To Increase Your Search Engine Rankings
Many online sellers get frustrated with search engines regularly changing algorithms. But there are basic principles that haven’t changed through the years. Apply these tips to increase your rankings:
1. Get listed in more search engines. There are tons of them out there. There are also many free services that will help you get listed. Or just set aside some time to get it done yourself. Here is a free search engine submission site that will let you cycle through the top 100 search engines and get your site submitted.
2. Get listed in more directories. Again, there are a lot of them out there. Look for higher pagerank directories. Improvingrank.com has some listed by pagerank. Look on the left side of the homepage.
3. Program your site to be “crawler” friendly. Search engines send out “crawlers” to gather information from your site so they understand how to rank it.
- Create your links using HTML, not javascript. Crawlers can’t follow javascript and won’t be able to read your information.
- Don’t design your site in Flash—there’s nothing for the crawlers to read. If they can’t interpret the information, they can’t classify your site.
- Make sure your copy is HTML, not a graphic of a text. It may look like copy. But if you have a text graphic, all the crawlers will see is a blank page.
4. Make sure your site is link-worthy. Search engines judge a site’s popularity by the number of links pointing to it. To make sure people will want to link to your site, you have to offer something worth linking to. Beyond your product or service, you need something that puts you over the top: an information service, a superior presentation, or great variety.
5. Make your page filenames descriptive and keyword rich. Naming your page new_page_1.html is wasting an opportunity to do some SEO. Use names that describe the content and keep the keywords flowing.
6. Check your Title tags. You can use 90 – 100 characters in the title, so add some keywords. We know Google looks at them, and so do many more search engines.
7. Do keyword research extensively. Everything else revolves around the keyword phrases you choose, so it’s critical you choose the best ones. http://WordTracker.com and http://KeywordDiscovery.com are two information databases that show you what words people are searching for and suggest words you can use.
8. Don’t be married to any one keyword or phrase. Optimize for all the relevant phrases. Says Whalen, “If you can rank highly for a good portion of them, they’re going to add up to a lot more than just that one keyword phrase that you think is the good big money one.”
9. Go post in a few forums and put your website in your signature. Forums are a great place to put one way links. And you can help somebody out at the same time.
10. Put together a text based sitemap and put it on your site. There’s a lot of navigation that spiders can’t understand, such as flash, forms, java and javascript. Putting together a text-based sitemap gives the bots a way to navigate around the site.
Fifteen minutes every couple of days will make a huge difference in getting your rank higher.
