You may have heard about the  PTC site,  which will pay you to click on ads. This is a guide on how to make real money with them, without paying anything.

It’s difficult to believe that the administrators of this PTC now offers a project created to last this long, especially since they announced that they are associated with other processors like Neteller, but after losing 85% of funds , I believe they have no other solution than to begin again from scratch, restart all of the rights/privileges  of members of the Golden package, rented referrals or the balance.
