Well, there are a number of places in batam that foreigner can find love. I have, in my opinion, it is career in quality field, why? Because I think this position is probably one of flexible , challenging,  demanding career by a wide variety of sectors (such as manufacturing, engineering, food production, transport, petrochemicals and the public service sector)  in the word you could choice ! the reason :

• Every company (especially in manufacturing) face tough competition in this globalization era with promising of good quality to their Customer become a weapon for them to survive .
• This situation make every company should have a quality department as assurance to their buyer as a result it will open many position in this quality section from lower rank to highest rank (Quality operator to Quality director).
• Quality position can vary from one company to another company ,nevertheless a primary job classification are constant regardless of industry or organization , so it offer quick adaptation to the new company .
• Quality profession offer better salary compare with other department because have allowance of job responsibility and challenging .
• Quality knowledge /skills is standard around the world so quality practitioner could easily move to other company or even to other country for better future.
• Quality knowledge is not difficult to learn as long as you have basic knowledge in mathematics and English language .

So what a skill you should have if you decide to take challenge in this field:

• Good report writing skills (basic writing skills to make a countermeasure report in case of customer complaint).
• Familiar with the methodologies, tools and concepts of quality management.(like ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001, and so on )
• Be able to interpret statistical data with the help of software packages. (like Minitab software and you should have basic knowledge of SPC)

Position in quality mostly will fill a permanent position in an organization. Because they play a significant role in the success of a company. So that why I choose career as Quality engineer even  my education background is in Mechanical-Electrical engineering. Anyway, have lifelong and stable career plus offer promising future is always a dream for average joe like me. And I thought I found this dream in quality field.

Do you have an experienced ran across a AVI file that was split into multiple files and got headache to find a way to join them but not success, After some careful searching then many trial and error , I found out it was much easier.

First forget about theory or any suggestion that you need to ensure the proper codec for your AVI files. You also needn’t spend your rest time to learn about how to use the K-Lite Codec Pack and his follower software like virtualDUB or her sister virtualDUBMOB, because all of this software are a bit difficult to learn and also take your time with the result will make you more frustration like my previous experience . I don’t know about other files but from my experience for AVI files , above software cannot work properly .

Actually you just need one small (300kb) and simple software call FFSJ (fast file split and join) that you can download free by visit this website :  http://www.andihope.com/FFSJ.exe.

The steps to join are easy :

First condition : If your AVI file no 1 already have extension 001 and all the parts have same name with this AVI file no1, only extension different and serial like 002 file, 003 file ,004 file…… (although not all the parts you have download you still can join those files that have been downloaded ) you can directly run FFSJ software then press join .

Second condition : If you AVI file no 1 came without extension 001 , then you need to make it have extension 001 by split it into 1 part using FFSJ then rename again all the other parts make them have same name with no 1 file , and after that you can easily join them like in first condition. Please see example below :
